Had two tivo boxs installed at about 3pm this afternoon ones working ones stuck on download/installation screen been 7 hours now .. what you do to fix this !! Virgin needs to look into this as seems its a common fault
Is the box with the problem a V6?
How is it connected to the internet?

Its on now ended up taking the cables out and restarting it all after about 10 hours of waiting .. took about 20/30mins after that now all working perfect
