Sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with the On Demand service
I have had a look at your account and I am unable to connect to your box, can you please advise at the time i have posted this if the box was switched on?
Have you done a reboot of the box?

it is sorted now but in sneed to your questions. The box wasn’t switched off and yes I rebooted several times which didn’t make any difference
