 I have the same error, I received my V6 box on Monday and since then only had access to channels 1-5 and the message on screen about a problem.

 

Any chance you could have a look

Getting exactly the same error if somebody could please look into this...got the new box for main room and moved the old main box to second room, but it just flashes this error on the screen.

Did you make arrangements to keep and pay for the old box?

Did you have two boxes originally?

I had a new v6 and self installed in my living room today. But I now have the error 7400 appear on my TiVo box in the bedroom. Are you able to help please?

I managed to resolve the issue I called up and theres an automated option to activate the box. Took a few seconds
