Hello,

i like many other I have seen have installed my V6 box today and am getting the 7400 error. The channels and guide seem to working and the speed test was fine. 

Wondering if there’s anything you can do your end?

Hi, for the summer hols, I wanted to set up my old TiVo box in my room & get multiroom, so I have no fights amongst my kids. I’ve setted up the box,  Only to get error 7400?, rang up & spoke to customer services, who are saying that my TiVo box can’t re reactivated as the code has been allocated to some other customer? That i’d Have to pay for another box? Can you please confirm this, thanks?

Are you currently paying the monthly charge for this box or did you previously have it replaced by a V6?

Hello, yesterday I connected my V6 box and since this time I have this 7400 and network availability c133 errors. I have rebooted both hub and box and still have the same problems. Can you please help me with this issue?

Hi. I have just set up the second Tivo box in my kitchen; but can only get channels 1-5. 

IT looks like my package has not been set up on this box. Please can this be sorted out ASAP? From reading the various posts on here it seems that this can be done remotely by sending a "hit"???

Like a few other people I’m having some trouble since installing the v6 box. 

I replaced the secondary v+ box with TiVo but getting a 7400 error. Any chance someone from the forum team could have a look as the phone lines are currently closed.
