I would like to say that I have the full house package which is getting more expensive and with them dropping off my favourite channels like Gold and Dave plus possibly losing some more. I have emailed virginmedia with my concern about this has when contract was agreed we had these but now we do not have these channels! has our contract been broken! But has yet 2 weeks later no reply. I believe that we should have a reduction in our monthly payments to compensate for this. I have like many more been a customer to these for many years. I think that the customer care is getting worse! I am sure that a similar bundle with a different supplier is out there wanting our custom .
