Hi I have had virgin for a couple of weeks now and at first all was fine with the TV but now all the channels and recorded or catch up are all pixelating and totally unwatchable. I have family that live on the same road as me who are also having the same issue. This has been going on for about 4 days now. Tried contacting by live chat but keep losing connection

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and I can see an issue with your Input signal levels that will need to be adjusted. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange for a technician to check it out.
