Yes just Youtube. Not an issue with Youtube as plays fine though the tv web browser and phone etc.

Unfortunately we don't have Netflix however on demand services seem fine

Thanks for trying the diagnostics for us, we do appreciate it. We are aware there is an issue currently with the YouTube app. We have got our dedicated techs working to get this issue resolved for you as soon as possible.

 

We understand the frustration caused as it is painful trying to watch a video in pieces however have faith and we will get this issue resolved.

I’ve also been experiencing this since around the beginning of July....extreme frustrating for everyone.
