It's been a whole week now and the youtube app doesn't seem to working at all. Our wifi is fine and all pc's and other devices have internet.
We have contacted Virgin media and customer service asked us to switch box off and then on again, which we the problem persists.
So the error we get when pressing red button on channel 198 (youtube), is 'error A01- Youtube is currently unavailable'.
Has anyone got any solution to this issue as this is becoming a really inconvenient problem now.
Is this issue listed on our service status checker? virg.in/service I am really sorry to hear this has happened, have you been able to access the app via the apps section of the box?
