Hi guys, this may help you. There's an issue with YouTubes refresh rates on some videos. There's a work around for this. If you pause a video that's having the freezing issue and click on the three dots (bottom left under the time bar), then click on HD. If you change the quality to 720p the video should play OK. Once you've done this on one video, the box should keep these settings for future videos.
