it's now November. This issue was due to resolving in September, and has been a problem since June.
Is there any update on when this issue will be resolved?
Reducing quality of videos from 1080 or 4K to 720 can't be the answer surely, especially on high speed connections...
All the videos I have problems work perfectly using the YouTube app in my LG tv.
i've long since given up on virgin ever fixing this. they don't seem at all interested.
i just watch youtube via my tv or my pc now.
