YouTube stutter audio

When watching videos on YouTube every second or 2 the audio stutters or drops out and makes it impossible to watch as you miss every other word..

anyone else having these issues and is there any solution?

Broadband is 350mb so shouldn’t be an issue and tried the usual restarting tivo box, reset YouTube app etc but still happening..

I'm sorry to hear about this. Is this just affecting your TiVo® box or is this affecting multiple devices?

Only TiVo box. On pc and firestick it is perfectly fine

Hi as you have posted on the TiVo section, I'm guessing you don't have a V6 box, in that case I would be content to access it via the outlets you discribe as the older TiVo boxes are notoriously bad at handling things like Netflix YouTube etc. Regards Micky

Do we know when this issue will be fixed on the virgin v6 box?

Still the same. Spoke to tech support who took me through changing loads of settings on the v6 box. Was OK on the phone but as soon as I came off the phone I realised it was happening now to all YouTube videos not just some. So now I have to watch YouTube on my phone as unwatchable on the box

Same here - issue still exists..

Use YouTube on my firestick instead. Not ideal but not much response from Virgin on this
