Since yesterday, the YouTube app is not working on our TiVo box. It just has a spinning sign.
All other apps are working so it's not the network.
Any help?

If other apps & VoD works, then the box's internet connection is proven ok. Checking the heartbeat light on the front-left is a good test of this - it should be on and not flashing.
Have you tried restarting your TiVo, using Home > Help & Settings > Clear or restart?
