Virgin Media are quite capable to email me when they want to sell me something but seem incapable of emailing me when something goes wrong and an explanation is needed. Customer Service ? not really.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you weren't happy as you weren't informed Via email around out TV fault, we did constantly update our customers here and Via Social Media, how are thing your end now, are you still facing any issues?
