Watching The Midwych Cookoos and the service just stops randomly for no reason; has happened at least 3 times over the last two days - WHY?!!!
Any answers, other than their excuse of 'intermittent fault'? It's cable! Surely not?

In order to answer that question, it would help to know whether you're getting any error messages on-screen when VoD drops out. If you do - what is that error code?
Secondly, the TiVo has an inbuilt internet connection for online functionality such as OnDemand - on the front-left of your box, do you get any flashing LEDs when VoD drops out? A flashing heartbeat light can indicate a failed online connection, which would cause these symptoms.
