Why don't managers call you back . Customer service what a joke .

What a joke virgin Media are , customer service even more of a joke . Can you get a problem resolution no as no one contacts you back . 

So I think only way is to contact the ombudsman .

As I have had no virgin TV for months now and no help .

But they are still charging me .

Yes I'm so fed up .

Be so nice and if a senior manager called me back as a result of this message .

Emailed the ceo for help , been requesting customer service manager to call me vbac almost every week for months and they don't . Had no TV service praticuly since I joined in July. 

But yet I'm still paying my bill.

So I keep up with my side of the contract.

But yet there letting me down .

So fed up it's unreal

Another joke, he didn't show up and there excuse was he could not gain access. Need to turn up to property for Access  . This was a Saturday morning and I think truth is technician not booked in properly.

do they say he came and you dodn;t answer the door. No way to proof who was right i guess unless you have CCTV of the door.

Did you rebook the engineer?

I replied to virgin Media with I can see if a van pulls up out side my house and if he came to the front door why didn't he leave a card ? They could not reply to this. Just got told a manager would call back . 

Every time I try get customer service to rebook me in they keep trying to resolve the signal booster . 

Basically they won't listen and as I mention compensation .

Again I get told a manager will be in touch .

There just a joke

book a new engineer and get it fixed. they will credit you for the downtime when it is fixed

You would think it would be that simple but unfortunately not with me . But don't worry I will get it resolved . like I say I've emailed the ceo . From a previous job I happen to know that CEOs don't ignore emails from customers. And will want an explanation from his senior management team why the company is letting down one of there customers .

you emailed the CEO team, not the CEO. The CEO will not read the email.

But as you are not helping yourself and yours your word against Vm about you not answering the door i dont know what you are trying to achieve. It seems you are just trying to make the prblem lat longer. If you are refusing to get an engineer out they wont credit you as you haven't given them chance to fix it.

@ModTeam can you book an engineer for this one.
