I've had virgin media (TV, broadband and telephone) for over a week now. Am I not supposed to receive a welcome pack or any other paperwork? I don't know anything about my contract or how to get my bills online.
I signed up about 4 weeks ago and didn't received anything at all except a letter saying my direct debit had been set up.
You should receive automated e-mails (these sometimes go into your Junk mail folder) which tell you things about the Virgin Media service. These should include your account number and area reference which you will need in order to register for the online account management at my.virginmedia.com
