We had Hayu in our package and it was working fine however now it doesn't work? why is this please, can it be reset.

I have programmes on catch up to watch and it wont allow me to watch any programmes under Hayu which is in our package.

Is there a specific error message that is showing whenever you try to use Hayu? Have you tried resetting the box, by turning it off, for atleast 60secs, and turning it back on?
