Want to pay less for tv. Feel ripped off

I’m paying over £100 a month. Want sports but not films. Any ideas of how to make It cheaper

Speak to Retentions, the ‘thinking of leaving’ department. See what they can offer in the way of price, in return for a new contract minimum period.

Hi If you currently have Sky cinema you can cancel that by giving 30 days notice.Regards Micky

I'd guess you're on Full House plus Sports/Movies, in either case your first bet is to check which channels you want via https://www.virginmedia.com/virgin-tv-edit/tips-and-tricks/virgin-tv-channel-guide.html

Work out which channels you do and don't want, and as others have suggested have a word with CS. You could compare with the VM website for a ball-park figure of what the current rates are, but bear in mind those are new customer prices. Please be willing to re-contract for another year in exchange for an existing-customer-offer.
