Once again the dreaded W02 error code rears its ugly head again - my system seemed to have repaired itself last weekend, and I've had 4 days with no issues.
W02 has returned - system shutting down overnight - with W03 error code when turning on TV first thing in the morning.
Pixellated and stalling TIVO recordings.
Netflix and PPV movies totally unwatchable due to W02 error after 5-10 mins of viewing.
Looks like I will need a technician visit as it seems that the signal to the TIVO box is insufficient for it to function correctly.

I'm sorry you're getting the error codes again on your box. I can appreciate you're keen to get this resolved as soon as possible.
I've tried to have a look at the backend of your services, but our systems are having trouble connecting to the box. Can you please make sure it's currently online.
