Anyone having the same problem , some programmes am watching the voices are not in sync , i have to switch channels then switch it back for it to rectify itself .
Any help greatly appreciated as its driving me mad .

I am sorry you are having issues with the syncing of voices. Is it certain programs or all of them? Have you rebooted your box and checked all cables? You can see here how to reboot
I have checked and there is no current outage that would be causing this.
