Yesterday I booked an engineer to come out and have a look why I am unable to get the correct cables connected to my tivo box.
Since then I have fixed the fault and no longer need an engineer to visit my home of residence.
Tried ringing up the help desk they said I had to go on to the virgin media help website to cancel my appointment with the engineer. I went on the website at 1500 today to be met by a message saying come back during the open hours to have a Web chat with one of the team. The open hours are during 0800 and 2000.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can cancel an engineer appointment.
Sign into My Virgin Media page https://my.virginmedia.com/ with your primary username and password. You should see the appointment in a banner towards the top of the page. You should be able to cancel it from there.
