Virgin modem

I have reset my TiVo box numerous of times and my internet is working fine but when I go on to Netflix or BBC iPlayer it just keeps saying no internet connection? On my network settings it comes up a failed whilst negotiating?

Have you checked the Service Status for area faults?

The TiVO has its own internal modem & uses a different system to your Superhub.

I checked and it hasn't come up with anything recently only last year, I have tried everything I can so far but not sure how I can get the modem on the TiVo box working if it has its own internal one

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing apps on your TiVo®.

 

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and it seems the box is currently 'offline'. Is the box switched on at your end? If so, then this could indicate an issue with the TiVo's connection to our network and will need to be investigated further.

I thought the new v6 didnt have an internal modem now?

One of the features Virgin forgot to mention when they "upgraded" the Tivo box.
