I have been using control app for over 1 year, since installing V6 box.
IPhone, iPad, & V6 box are all connected to same network via Hub3. V6 set on low power & control by other devices enabled. V6 box showed on app.
Watched a recorded programme on iPad last night. Went to delete & instruction failed.
Have spent today troubleshooting; neither app will connect. Have rebooted Hub; checked all devices correctly connected to same network; deleted & reinstalled app on both devices; have rebooted V6. Done everything on the FAQs
Total failure HELP PLEASE. Currentl review of app would be “its total rubbish, get a grip Virgin”
The app has a tendency to disconnect & as I had just finished watching a recorded programme, have to admit it hadn’t occurred to me that it was a service issue. Will include that in my checks in future.
