Hi. I am currently undergoing renovations to my home and would like to get my virgin cables in place ready where they can be hidden instead of having them trailing around the home on completion. Is this possible please?
Many thanks

VM don't supply co-ax cables for DIY installations, if that's what you're asking.
You can pay £25 for a non-fault tech callout which can include whatever cabling amendments you require making. You can drill any wall-holes in advance of that, to save time on-the-day.
I presume, by posting in the TiVo forum, you're an existing VM customer.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I am a virgin customer and have been since it was ntl 😃. I'm happy to do all the cable running myself but don't want to put the wrong cables in. If paying £25 means they'll make up the fly leads with connectors on for me then I'm happy to pay that.
Thanks

The internal white cabling is specialised triple shielded cable designed to prevent ingress from broadcast & mobile signals that use the same frequencies that Virgin uses to distribute TV & Broadband. A tech will make up the cabling required & also check the signal levels from the cabinet are still in spec.
