My devices on Virgin Media Store have not been showing up ever since they were deleted this morning after I reported that I was unable to access my purchases TV series and films. Virgin Media Store Customer Services deleted all my devices on the Virgin Media Store. I informed Virgin Media Store Customer Services that all my devices are gone and have not come back on my computer. It is also affecting the Virgin Media Store app that I use on TiVo. Please can anyone advise me what to do as customer services was not helpful.
Now that you have no devices associated with your Virgin Media Store account, I guess you will have to register the devices you want to use. This is done by logging into your account on the device and starting to watch something you have previously purchased (or purchasing something new).
