VOD not registering my sky comedy subscription

Hi I noticed Veep and ballers are available to sky comedy members but when I access it via the virgin box it states I need to subscribe. But I do have access.

I try via the app and all works fine but not via the virgin box. Why?

Are there any particular series/episodes of these programmes that you're having issues with? If you can be specific - one of us can check, try to replicate, and most likely advise.

Which TV package are you on, as this may make a difference - can you watch the Sky Comedy channel in SD (Ch122) & HD (Ch121)?
