V6 signal loss

Everyday now for the last week signal loss on V6 it’s working one minute then black screen with signal loss you have to turn tv on and off and it works again any help.

Hi Mastic01,

Sorry to hear you are experiencing some issue with your TV service at the moment.

I have located your account and run some tests on the equipment for you and it is all showing it is OK from here.

How many times a day does it do this? Are you manually rebooting the box to get it back on? Have you tried another HDMI cable doe this help.

Can you also check the settings are set to always on by :

  • Home
  • Help and Settings
  • Settings
  • Devices
  • Power Saving
  • Always on
