Got a letter from VM about this, but when I try to use the www.virginmedia.com/getyourv6 url, it doesn't work. Why?
Strange the link is working for me, what error is coming up, what browser are you using? Maybe try a different browser?, try clearing your cookie history?

Lots of us get that. Many threads on here about it. It is not the URL it is something to do with our accounts.
