V6 Box Upgrade

Got a letter from VM about this, but when I try to use the www.virginmedia.com/getyourv6 url, it doesn't work. Why?

Strange the link is working for me, what error is coming up, what browser are you using? Maybe try a different browser?, try clearing your cookie history?

Thanks for your reply. I've tried Edge and Chrome on 2 different machines, and I get the same message:

Lots of us get that. Many threads on here about it. It is not the URL it is something to do with our accounts.
