V6 Box Cable Adaptor IEC or Fly Lead

Hello, I need to get a replacement cable for my tivo box. Its the white cable that connects the coaxial cable to the tivo box.

This is a picture of the one im after. My own cable has become frayed where the wire has bent over the years and the inner wires have become exposed and the picture is no longer being transmitted to the box.
