V312 error for TiVo

Hello

 

like a lot of people on the board we have the above error message when using on demand and our apps. We have searche the board for answers that work for others but this does not work for us. We have tried:

 

switching virgin box box off and on at the wall

switching router off and 

Going to help and setonnecting to the virgin network

 

please help. Internet and everything working fine

Hi Mark,

Welcome to the community.

I am sorry to hear that you're getting this error.  I have carried out some checks with the connection remotely and all is looking ok so far.  Is the issue still present today?  If so, give me a shout and I can help further.

Yes - this is still not working. Your response time 13 days later was not the turnaround time I was expecting to be honest.

 

we have been using our iPad since December and have been away it we now need to get this fixed.

 

please respond as soo as you can
