Hi I upgraded to the maxit package yesterday I have reset my TiVo box a few times but new channels are still unavailable?

How did you process this package change- was it online or by speaking speaking to a CS agent? Online changes are keyed manually so can take an extra day or so.
The most reliable way of prodding missing channels is following Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels
