Upgrade not showing

Hi 

Can some one please help me, I upgraded my tv service the other day and it's saying that it's been activated but the upgrade is still not showing and I've already reset the box and done everything and it's still not showing.

I just want to know what should I do about it

I would ring up and go down the Thinking of Leaving Route as you will speak to a UK Call Centre and they should sort out your problem for you.

Welcome to the forums and for your first post - sorry that you're having some issues with your upgrade. 

 

What were you upgrading? We do advise that any upgrades may take between 2 - 24 hours to appear once the order has been closed.
