Unlock recorded programme

How do you Unlock and delete recorded programme?

It won't let me play this because of this message, this is causing the problem.

I have tried all your suggestions and still no joy!!

I've had that error a couple of times over the years, and a restart/bit of crowbarring with delete/undelete has solved it.

For my interest and any other users reading this thread, what was your fix?
