How do you Unlock and delete recorded programme?

Hi @Tivocat 

The usual pin number unless you've changed it is 1234.

You can delete a recorded program by highlighting it and pressing the Clear button.

Thanks for your reply, but this is not the solution unfortunately.
When I go into My Shows, down to the show recorded. it has the R in a circle and a padlock symbol on it. it won't let me delete this show

Do you have "Keep until I delete" set? It shouldn't prevent you from deleting it I concede, but just might explain the padlock.

I'm not completely convinced it's the answer, but without being able to replicate this, is the obvious thing to check.

Yes, it has "Keep until I delete" but i doesn't give me any option to delete.....im stuck 😞

Try changing the 'Keep until I delete" option to "keep until space needed".

Does the delete option now appear?

1: In your third image, there's left & right arrows either side of KUID. What happens if you scroll L&R?

2: Presumably pressing "clear" from the entry in "My shows" doesn't do anything?

3: Have you restarted via the Help & Settings menu?

4: Check the "recently deleted" folder - does the recording show in there? If it does, a restart usually clears this.
