Getting the "You are not authorised to View this channel" message on most of my channels since this morning.
What is the most effective way to fix? I see lots of solutions on this message board but not sure what to start with.Have put box into Stanby mode numerous times...and switched back on...no change! Thank You!
Hi Phone 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and go down the Tv faults route they can check while you are on the line and if necessary arrange for an engineer to come to you and fix or replace your box.Regards Micky
