Unable to use catch up/on demand

I have been trying all day to use catch up/on demand but it keeps telling me its temp unavailable.. I have now just checked and it's telling me that the Ethernet cable is unplugged (N27) I have checked and they are both in firmly. Any advise on what to do next... nothing was touched before this issue.

I've been experiencing exactly the same problem all week. Very annoying!
