Unable to connect to TV Guide

Hi,

I have been unable to access the TV guide the last few weeks.  I have reset the Tivo Box; made sure it is plugged into the internet. 

I also get an error message - Network Availababilty (C130)  When I go to Network settings, and 'Connect to the Virgin Media Service now', I get an error message at Preparing - (Network cable unplugged.) 

Any suggestions/advise?

Call in and report the fault. 150 from a Virgin landline mobile.
