Hi
I reported this problem last year, but it wasn't resolved. I wanted to watch the all court tennis coverage from Wimbledon. Once I select a court the picture breaks up every few seconds making it unwatchable. Eventually, it will just freeze.
Last night the programme guide disappeared from my second tv in the bedroom. The same thing happened a few months ago.
Please advise on both of these problems.

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.
Also are you using Wifi or cabled connections? Do any other devices loose connection when the TV picture is failing?

You've posted in the TiVo forum so I will presume this is the box you have, and this has an in-built internet connection rather than using your home broadband.
On the front-left of your TiVo, there's a series of green LEDs. Is the heartbeat one flashing or static?
When you say the EPG disappeared, how do you mean? Could you not access it? Was it a blank screen? Or was it full of "To be announced"?
TiVo's are extremely old boxes by current standards, and are now actively being replaced with V6.
