Tvp-811 error

I am constantly getting this error code whenever i try and watch a film on Netflix. I just want to be able to watch a movie without having to shut down my TiVo several times......please help!

I'm very sorry to hear that you've been getting an error code when trying to stream Netflix on your TiVo® box. Please can you confirm which error code appears on your screen?

It just says TVP-881 at the bottom left of my TV screen.

Thanks for providing the info. If you experience the error code TVP-811, often accompanied by the following message: 'You are not currently connected to a network'. It typically points to a network connectivity issue that is preventing your device from reaching the Netflix service. You can check this link to troubleshoot it. Let us know if this helps.
