Getting 20mins into a film & error code comes in. Happening EVERY 20mins. All cables been checked.
This is getting very frustrating.
All connections checked by virgin while setting up account TODAY
What are you watching the film on, an app, on demand?
Probably won't be able to help myself but giving as much info as possible might mean someone else is able to help you.
Watching through the virgin Netflix channel 204 so it's direct through the tivo box no on demand etc
That's what we are doing. Rang virgin now 6times still saying no problems, even does it on demand movies that we pay for 🤬 demanding they come out

Welcome to the forums and for your first post - sorry that you're having some issues watching Netflix via your TiVo box.
The error message you have posted is a Netflix error code. I have included a link to their help page in regard to this error message.
