I’m not happy I phone up over two months ago to down grade my tv package and I’m still getting charged for it so how do I down grade

To put through a downgrade of a package you can do so with any agent over the phone, or, if you're wanting to remove a part of your service all together you would need to speak with cancellations on 150/0345 454 1111 option 1, option 4 then option 5.
