Hi we've had TiVo for around 4 months and none of the channels work. Everytime you click on one it says finish subscription and when you click that option it says to virgin media as it was unable to subscribe to the channel. I've tried to ring virgin media countless times on the landline and mobile and they wont answer. Honestly just want to cancel it now as we've paid four months of a direct debit to them for nothing. Anyone know what the next step to take would be?
