Sorry to hear you are having issue with the channels
Have you checked the cables are all tightly connected
What box do you have and how is this connected to your hub
You can also try this from our remote control
Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
If this doesn't work let me know and I can look at a few other things
Sadly we are not able to cancel any services on here and you may need to call in
