My TiVo box doesn’t work just has a constant blue and a flashing red light on the left hand side of the unit. Also the WiFi router doesn’t work just has a flashing green light at the bottom. Checked service status which said no known problems in the WF2 area, checked all connections and made sure all is turned on. Rebooted many times. Still no joy. Into the 2nd day now. What could be the problem?
Given there is no area fault showing on Service Status, your issue is likely local to you and won’t fix itself. You should phone in to report your fault - 150 from your Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111.
