Tivo remote - some buttons only work intermittently.

Hi,

The remote for my Tivo box is not working fully. The Power button and the TV guide button only work intermittently, all other buttons are working fine. I have replaced the batteries. The buttons only work if I slowly move my thumb in a rotating movement while pressing down, after a few seconds it registers the button press.

It is possible to get a replacement sent out?

You should be able to order a replacement by logging into My Virgin Media at the top of the page, or by using this direct link  Order new remote 

For now you could download the TV Control app and use that until you receive a replacement remote

For now you could download the TV Control app and use that until you receive a replacement remote

Although wagnertoph should be aware... the TiVo doesn't use network-remote control like the V6 & 360 do. It needs a separate Ethernet connection to your homehub just as with multi-room streaming, for TV Control to act as a remote.
