Apologies for the delay in response. Have you been able to get in contact with us regarding this since your last post in this thread?
Last reply I had was to book an engineer. Rang 151 this morning and techie I spoke to made some adjustments to something and thinks that will fix it. If not he said to ring back. So, fingers crossed.

Problem still there. New Installation dialogue box has appeared again.
Hi this is becoming stupid don't be fobbed off insist you need an engineer visit as it's clear that you don't understand the technical advice being given on here, no insult meant but it's very clear to me. Regards Micky
