Tivo ondemand c130 issue

Does anyone have any actual solutions to c130 issue. Complained numerous times to no avail other than reset ect. On demand may work for an episode or 2 if I'm lucky then display c130 code though internet working on computers.

TiVo boxes have an in-built internet connection which is used for all online functions including OnDemand.

On the front-left of your box are 3 green lights. The middle one, next to a painted heart symbol, is your "online" status light and represents the TiVo's net connection.

Solidly on is good, flashing is bad. When you have issues with OnDemand, what so you see?

I am sorry to hear you are getting this error. This would usually happen if there was a problem connecting to the Virgin Media service.

 

Can you confirm if after a reboot you have followed the steps below:

 

Using your TV box remote:

  1. Select the home button
  2. Use the directional buttons to select Help & Settings
  3. Select Settings
  4. Select Network
  5. Select Connection in progress: get status or Connect to the Virgin Media Service now
