Hey virgin Are you aware of any issues with signal in my area M26 3AW? My tivo froze and crashed and did a full reboot last night and also Saturday evening. I spoke to the tech faults team about it. They did a signal refresh and reboot on my box. The guy did say if it does happen again I would need an engineer again 😐. I had an engineer before. He swapped my box and checked signals and tightened everything. He used his meter and said everything is spot on. Are you aware of any area issues?
Hi Josh I replied. You did the test from the info I gave you. You replied saying everything looks healthy at your end ☺. So from that. I'm guessing everything is fine 😎. I believe the vibrations from the tivo is causing the signal drops that I get from time to time.
