Tivo error code 7400

I have set up a v6 box & hub 3 upgrade to replace V+HD & Hub 1 successfully today and now our TiVo box in the living room has an error code 7400 and all but 4 channels are gone. 

Help!

The TiVo has been de-activated, instead of the V+.

You will need to call in as advised on the 7400 error message to explain this and get the TiVo re-activated (and the V+ de-activated).

You will have to phone in to get the box activated.

As the upgrade was organised through the help forum does anyone think sending a PM to the VM Team member that organised the upgrade would get anywhere?
