Hello i i just self installed my new v6 box, but now my tivo box in the other room is showing a 7400 error code in the middle of the screen, and only 5 channels are available, I think you may have deactivated my tivo box instead of the old V+ box
You are absolutely correct and, unfortunately, you will have to call in to rectify this.
You can confirm by putting the V+ back in and it will still work.
