I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo®.
I've run diagnostics on the box and but I can't seem to pull any data from it. Are you still seeing the same error on screen?

Unless the cable has been cut or pinched then it's unlikely going to be the cable, although it could be the signal levels.I'd like to arrange for a technician to check it out for you.
